Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited – now Bank of Scotland plc (“the Bank”) as a result of the cross border merger- no longer provides banking services in Ireland.  There are no changes to the loan terms and conditions for customers. Pepper Finance Corporation (Ireland) DAC, ‘Pepper’ has been appointed by the Bank to provide day-to-day administrative services to the Bank’s customers in Ireland.

Bank of Scotland plc is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland for conduct of business rules.  As such, your loan will continue to be administered in accordance with the applicable Irish laws, regulations and Irish codes of conduct.
