Dublin 21 October, 2014 – Pepper Ireland has made several senior appointments to its Property division, as part of the company’s expanding operation in Ireland, it was announced today.
Cormac Dunne has been appointed Head of Real Estate and will be responsible for overseeing the management of property portfolios managed and serviced by Pepper in Ireland. Richard Stuart has also been promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager, where he will manage a range of institutional deleveraging platforms as well as loan book underwriting for multinational investors. Lisa Finn has joined Pepper and appointed as a Portfolio Manager and will be responsible for carrying out diligence on all acquisitions on behalf of clients.

Cormac Dunne brings with him vast experience of Irish and international property markets, including the United States, UK, Europe, Australia and Singapore. His background covers all property asset classes, with a particular focus on investment management, asset management and acquisitions. Cormac was previously Head of Property at Warren Private and has also held senior positions with Keppel REIT (Singapore), Mirvac REIT (Australia) and Savills. He has a Degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University, U.K.
Previously with Savills, Richard Stuart was heavily involved in the key valuation projects and worked alongside some of Ireland’s largest investor groups. He has also worked for Lloyds Banking Group in London, as an internal property adviser, overseeing the management of a €30m loan book.
Lisa Finn is a Chartered Surveyor with over eight years of commercial property experience, specialising in acquisitions, valuations and asset management. Before joining Pepper, Lisa was an Associate Director in DTZ Sherry FitzGerald and also worked with Lloyds Banking Group in Edinburgh. She also holds a Diploma in Investment and Capital Markets and Certificate in Law. Pepper Asset Servicing was established in September 2012 and is a leading servicer of third-party loan portfolios, asset management and advisory services spanning a range of asset classes including residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, auto finance, unsecured loans and equipment finance. The company currently employs over 240 people in Shannon and Dublin, with plans to expand this number to 270 by March 2015. Pepper currently has over €10 billion of assets under management.
