Corporate Social Responsibility

At Pepper, we aspire to be good corporate citizens by making a meaningful contribution to the communities in which we operate. This includes taking seriously our responsibilities to our customers, employees and shareholders.

Community

We support several charitable causes, and our employees coordinate various initiatives throughout the year, including volunteering and fundraising days to support local groups in Shannon and Dublin. Beneficiaries to date include Milford Care Centre in Castletroy, Limerick, Clare Haven Services in Ennis, Co. Clare, St. Anne’s School in Ennis, Co. Clare, and Our Lady’s Hospice and Care Centre Services in Blackrock and Harold’s Cross in Dublin.

Pepper is the official sponsor of Dublin-based Shamrock Rovers football club and an official partner of the Clare senior hurling team and supporters’ club.

Recognition

Although we are a relatively young company in Ireland, we are proud to have already received several awards. We have been recognised by Finance Dublin, winning the Retail Banking Deals of the Year Awards 2014. We were shortlisted in several categories of the Contact Centre Management Association awards. Most recently, we were named a National Champion for Ireland in the European Business Awards 2014/15, shortlisted from a list of over 24,000 companies across 33 European countries.
